About Incia

Incia earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and went on to complete her M.A. in Counseling at Northwestern University, where she built a strong foundation in evidence-based clinical practice. Recognizing the essential role of sexual health in overall well-being, she pursued advanced training through the University of Michigan’s Sexual Health Certificate Program. She later earned certification as a Sex Therapist (CST) through the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT), a distinction held by a select group of professionals nationwide. Today, Incia is licensed as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois and as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Michigan, bringing years of specialized expertise and a compassionate, client-centered approach to her work.

Outside of sessions, Incia runs her other business, Curated Coping Art & Design, as a way to combine her love of art with mental health and self-expression. Her favorite forms of self-care include journaling, swimming, walks in nature, prioritizing sleep, and a great cup of coffee every morning.

Together, we’ll curate the change you want for your life — because you deserve a space to feel supported, understood, and empowered to grow.
